At Caring Lane, our journey began from a deeply personal experience that transformed into a mission to provide compassionate and dedicated care to individuals and families in need.

Our agency was born out of a profound need for genuine and attentive care. Following a tragic incident that left my brother paralyzed, we encountered the challenge of finding caregivers who understood his needs and were willing to provide the support he required. when his carers visited him he  would insist that he was fine and didn’t need help, many caregivers would leave without attending to him, leaving us frustrated and disheartened. 

Witnessing this struggle firsthand, I, Safia, a qualified nurse at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, took on the role of his caregiver. It became evident that there was a need for caregivers who were not only skilled but also empathetic and persistent in ensuring the well-being of their clients.

From this experience, Caring Lane was born. We are more than just a care agency; we are a family. Our dedicated team of caregivers is trained to recognize each client as part of our own family, ensuring that no one is left without the support they need. We believe in being persuasive and persistent in our care, never taking "I'm fine" at face value, but instead ensuring that every client receives the assistance and attention they deserve.

As foreigners ourselves, we understand the importance of gratitude and giving back to the community that has welcomed us with open arms.
