 Kafio has dedicated three years to the care industry, with Caring Lane being a central part of her journey. After two years of hands-on care work, she took a brief pause to pursue her passion for midwifery and is now in her final year of study. A year ago, she happily returned to Caring Lane, bringing both her care experience and growing expertise back to the team.

As Care Manager, Kafio quickly embraced additional responsibilities, including overseeing the company’s accounts and finance, an area she enjoys deeply due to her love of numbers. Known for her structured and organised approach, she balances management duties with direct care, often spending time supporting her long-term clients. One of Kafio’s favorite aspects of her role is the meaningful conversations she shares, especially with elderly clients, which she finds both fascinating and rewarding.

She values Caring Lane’s intimate, family-style environment, where close relationships between employees and clients thrive. This supportive atmosphere allows her to build genuine connections on both sides.
