 Nadia joined Caring Lane in June 2025, bringing with her a diverse background and a passion for meaningful human connection. As an Administrator with a focus on marketing, she plays a key role in enhancing the visibility and outreach of the organisation.

Holding a BSc in Psychology, Nadia developed a strong interest in how pharmaceutical interventions can influence cognitive performance. Alongside her academic background, she brings experience across several sectors, including corporate, charity, and hospitality, where she discovered that what she values most is the opportunity to connect with others on a personal level. This insight led her to seek a role with greater purpose and social impact.

Nadia was drawn to Caring Lane not only for the meaningful work it carries out within the community but also for its strong ethical foundation. She believes in the company’s mission to provide compassionate, person-centred care and values how these principles are consistently reflected in the internal culture of the team.

She is especially inspired by Safia’s leadership and admires her commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds to grow their skills, build confidence, and find their voice within the care sector.
